Grants and accreditations

Helikos is a self sustained educational institution that funds itself through the students tuition.
Helikos doesn't receive any external funding, but many students over the course of the last years, have received various kinds of financial support to come to study at Helikos, at Kiklos (the previous edition of the school in Padova, from 2000 to 2004) or to train with Giovanni Fusetti in various parts of the world.

The Marten Bequest Travelling Fellowship has been granted to an australian student to come to train in Forence in 2010/2011.


The University of Copenhagen has sponsored one danish student to study at Helikos in 2010/2011


Metsahallitus Natural Heritage Services is funding one student to train at Helikos in 2011/2012.


Afdas. The work of Giovanni Fusetti is known and accredited by Afdas, and french students have been  studing in Padova (Italy), France and in the US, partially or fully funded by Afdas. (


JN Tata Endowment - for the Higher Education of Indians has been granted to one indian student to train at Helikos in 2011/2012.


Faculty of Creative Industries and Business, Department of Performing and Screen Arts, UNITEC New Zealand.  Professional development for the faculty members.

Toi Whakaari, New Zealand Drama School. Training with Giovanni Fusetti has been accredited as part of the vocational/secondment training  for the Acting for Stage and Screen program.


The National Arts Council of South Africa  is funding two students at Helikos in the upcoming season 2011/2012.
